Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bilingual Childcare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of children, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
- Support early intervention efforts by identifying children’s individual needs and collaborating with specialists when necessary.
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods into daily activities to promote holistic growth.
- Maintain detailed lesson plans, progress reports, and documentation aligned with educational standards and standardized testing requirements.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, promote child welfare practices, and uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development within early childhood education settings.
- Strong working knowledge of childhood development principles, special education strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages (specify languages if applicable), with the ability to foster positive relationships with children and families.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education strategies, standardized testing procedures, and early intervention programs.
- Experience in daycare or private school environments is preferred; classroom experience in preschool settings is highly valued.
- Ability to implement inclusive teaching practices that support diverse learners and promote child welfare.
