Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented manager to lead our Online Parts Division for industrial machinery and equipment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the promotion, pricing, and customer relations of parts essential for maintaining and repairing electric drive equipment. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients. Duties
- Manage the marketing of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components and negotiating pricing to maximize value.
- Oversee upgrades to our online presence and direct marketing to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Implement shipping & receiving procedures to streamline logistics operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain contact information for a large list of existing repeat accounts.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of identifying parts with standard tools (catalogs, parts blowup diagrams)
- Proven experience in direct negotiation skills with industrial customers.
- Strong knowledge related to electric drives and controls.
- Proficiency in Office Suite software
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures.
- Ability to create and utilize spread sheets
- Experience with dealership environments is advantageous.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across service departments and with suppliers.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, sourcing techniques, and negotiation tactics to optimize costs without compromising quality.
