Advanced Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Bilingual Home Health Coder (English/Spanish) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding, OASIS documentation, and Medicare home health regulations to ensure accurate coding, appropriate reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Review patient records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
- Validate documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with Medicare guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and obtain additional information when needed.
- Review and support accurate OASIS documentation.
- Ensure coding complies with CMS regulations and payer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation and reimbursement accuracy.
- Maintain productivity while meeting coding quality standards.
- Stay current with coding updates, CMS regulations, and industry best practices.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
