What You’ll Do
Join our Bankruptcy Group in either Uniondale or New York City, where you will represent clients in a broad range of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and insolvency matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving bankruptcy proceedings, loan workouts, and commercial disputes while collaborating with experienced attorneys and contributing to the continued growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Bring

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission a plus.

2–5 years of bankruptcy experience, including exposure to Chapters 7 and 11 proceedings.

Experience representing debtors, trustees, creditors, and/or lenders in bankruptcy matters preferred.

Experience with commercial foreclosures and loan workouts a plus.

Admission to the Federal District Courts in New York a plus.

Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$210,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
