Commercial Construction Project Manager Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and meeting our high standards of quality.
Commercial Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project execution, including bidding and awarding bids, budgeting, managing contracts and scheduling, RFQs, RFIs, submittals, drawing management, interfacing with accounting and resource allocation, and handling certain facets of the material procurement and purchasing .
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and compliance.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet project goals.
Commercial Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency with ProCore project management software is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
