Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and abilities.
Towing is not required of service techs but but is available if desired.
Towing applicants must live in Sheboygan Area
All applicants are subject to a criminal background screen.
Towing hours may include AM & PM (weekdays, weekends & some holidays; hours are flexible)
Towing position requirements and duties include:
Customer interaction face to face and by phone.
Basic automotive knowledge. Exceptional customer service skills. Confidence and ability to drive large trucks.
Taking pride in personal appearance and grooming.
Occasional lifting is involved- up to 75 lbs.
Individuals must have a good driving record.
In addition to hourly pay, towing incentives are earned for after hours and weekends. 10-50 hours per week Monday-Sunday; Employee can work as few or as many hours as he/she wants as long as business needs are met. Specific number of hours cannot be guaranteed.
