Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
- Market and quote new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
- Provide exceptional customer service and account support
- Help clients understand coverage options and insurance solutions
Qualifications
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Insurance agency experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $42,000–$45,000 based on experience *PLUS Productivity-based bonus opportunities***
