Description:
The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of products and materials sourced from external suppliers. This position is a full-time on-site role supporting the day-to-day execution of Newton Beverage Solutions’ strategic supply chain vision. This includes a strong emphasis on developing preferred supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in the following areas:

Supplier quality

Supplier delivery

Supplier landed cost YOY reduction

Supplier engagement (LeanDNA supplier portal utilization, TWC, tariff mitigation, etc.)
Requirements:
- Procurement, planning, and inventory management skills

Proficiency in Intelligent Supply Chain Execution Platform LeanDNA a plus

Supply chain management and logistics expertise

Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields

Minimum of 10 year's supply chain experience
