At Custom Print House, we specialize in custom t-shirts and personalized apparel. We offer embroidery services and DTF (Direct to Film) printing solutions. Customers can bring us their designs or even outsource designs directly from us.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Answer incoming phone calls and resolve inquiries.
Track orders on Shopify, manage pickups and deliveries.
Provide price quotes to customers.
Optionally, create simple content and share store stories on social media (Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus).
Requirements:
Strong English and Spanish communication.
Customer service skills.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar order systems.
Willingness to learn or basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
