Staff Develop Coordinator

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

8-hour shifts

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Designs, plans and provides education programs on all shifts and for all departments.
Participates in the staff evaluation process by providing attendance records and observation of associate's performance.
Provides general facility orientation to all new associates and ongoing in-service education.
Maintains current education records of classes and content of in-services conducted, attendance and performance of facility associates.
Plans and provides an annual schedule of planned education programs.

Shift: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
