What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at Ithaca Beer Co., you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic kitchen setting. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- Comfort working in a hot kitchen environment and standing for extended periods.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A commitment to working cleanly and maintaining a tidy workspace.
