Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling campaigns, introducing them to our offerings and identifying their needs
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer support and personalized service via phone and email
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer questions or concerns
- Enter and update customer data accurately in our CRM system, maintaining organized records of interactions and transactions
- Assist with order processing, including cash handling and verifying client information to ensure smooth transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills during all interactions
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse client bases; bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in outbound calling or tele-sales environments
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Proven ability in data entry, organization, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—paired with professional phone etiquette
- Technical proficiency in navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic computer skills
