Begin your SLP career with a supportive rehabilitation team at Maple Leaf HealthCare Center. Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) who is ready to gain hands-on experience while completing their Clinical Fellowship in a skilled nursing setting.
Position Highlights

Clinical Fellowship supervision and mentorship provided

Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs

Develop treatment plans tailored to individual resident goals

Gain experience with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents

Work closely with experienced rehabilitation and nursing professionals

Complete required clinical documentation
Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New Hampshire

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
