Duties

- Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment by following strict cleaning protocols
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy service times
- Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and prep needs
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchens with a focus on quality and safety
- Strong knife skills with slicing techniques that ensure efficiency and precision
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment confidently while maintaining safety protocols
