Craig's Lawncare & Hardscaping is a growing hardscape and landscaping company built on quality work, jobsite professionalism, and doing right by our customers. We're looking for an experienced, high performing Foreman with a proven track record of success and references to run our crews day to day.
About the Role
As Foreman, you'll take ownership of our job sites on a daily basis, directing crew through hardscape installs (patios, walls, steps, outdoor kitchens and pergolas) and landscaping work (planting beds, mulch, stone and full renovations), keep the job moving efficiently, and be the face of our company to homeowners while the work is happening.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be working alongside your crew every day, not just supervising.
What You'll Do
Follow outlined standard operating procedures to lead a crew through hardscape and landscaping installations from start to finish
Plan the day's work, assign tasks, and keep the crew productive and safe
Load and manage trucks, equipment, and materials for each job
Keep accurate daily job logs (crew time, tasks, materials, issues)
Answer homeowner questions about the job and represent our company professionally on site
Transport, operate, and direct the use of equipment like excavators, skid steers, and subcompact loaders
Communicate proactively with ownership on job progress, materials, and any issues that come up
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in hardscape installation (3 years minimum), landscaping, or a related trade
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
Comfortable operating heavy equipment
Valid driver's license in good standing; comfortable towing a loaded trailer
Strong communication skills, both with a crew and directly with customers
Ability to plan a job site and adjust on the fly as conditions change
Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in all types of weather
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $24-28 per hour depending on experience and ability.
