Responsibilities of an Entry Level Verizon Associate
- Meet with customers to introduce Verizon Fios internet, home connectivity services, and current promotions.
- Assist with internet service enrollments, activations, account setup, and account maintenance.
- Recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs while answering product-related questions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Verizon's high-speed internet while also discussing wireless services when appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive, lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation.
Qualifications We Require in an Entry Level Verizon Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional setting.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
