We’re Looking For:
● Experience installing HVAC equipment (residential)
● Ability to read and follow install plans, and do clean, professional work
● Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
● Positive attitude and team player mindset
● EPA Certification preferred (we'll help you get it if needed!)
● Desire to grow into Lead Installer and leadership roles
● Experience in Home Service business preferred
