Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain an automatic screen printing press
- Set up jobs and register screens accurately
- Monitor print quality and consistency throughout production runs
- Ink mixing and color matching
- Troubleshoot production issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized production workspace
- Work with production team to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous automatic press experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and print quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required

- Screen reclaiming and coating
- Folding, bagging, tagging, and finishing garments
- Assisting with order prep and shipping
- Receiving inventory and organizing production areas
- General shop maintenance and support
- Helping throughout prepress and post-production departments
Qualifications
- No industry experience required — willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Organized, dependable, and motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
