American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification with advanced registry in CT for a 13-week evening shift assignment.

Hospital setting with a 244-bed facility including ED, ICU, and progressive care units
-
CT Scan department serves ED, Inpatient, Observation, and Outpatient patients
-
Department performs an average of 68 CT studies per day
-
Performs CT guided invasive procedures and anesthesia cases as needed
-
Does not perform cardiac CT imaging
-
EMR: Epic with Epic Radiant RIS and Philips iSite PACS
-
Uses Siemens Definition AS 64 and GE VCT 64 CT scanners with Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors
-
10hr Evening Shift schedule, Tuesday-Friday 11a-9p
-
Call required for weekend coverage, 2 shifts every 5 weeks
-
No floating required
-
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT required
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required

License required if applicable
-
Skilled in starting peripheral IVs
-
Experience with venous and arterial phase scanning and multi-phase scanning required
-
Experience with stroke imaging including perfusion studies required
-
Experience with colorectal studies required
-
TeraRecon knowledge preferred but not required
-
Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration

Facility is TJC Stroke accredited
-
Guest Services and Transport support available for Inpatient and Observation patients

Administrative onboarding includes Epic training, eLearnings, and policy review over 1 day
-
Departmental orientation ranges from 2 days to 1 week as needed

Travelers will work 75% of holidays

RTO requires manager approval

Radius rule requires permanent address to be 50 miles outside of the home unit

Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position
