Kids Thrive is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight of medication administration to ensure safe, compliant practices across programs. This role serves as a clinical resource by training and supporting staff, reviewing medication documentation, and providing guidance on medication-related concerns. The nurse collaborates with leadership to support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and best practices while promoting safe and effective care for the children served.
Job Duties:
· Provide nursing oversight of medication administration to ensure compliance with state regulations and Kids Thrive policies
· Train, support, and consult with staff on safe medication administration, documentation, and storage procedures
· Review medication records, logs, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance
· Serve as a clinical resource for medication-related questions, concerns, and best practices
· Collaborate with leadership to support program operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
· Participate in audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions related to medication management as needed
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of Kids Thrive
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
