Make a real difference by providing compassionate, personalized care in patients’ homes. As a Home Health RN - PRN, you’ll coordinate care, perform assessments, administer treatments, and educate patients and families—all in a flexible, supportive environment.
Pay:
- $45 per regular patient visit
- $50 per assessment visit
What You’ll Do:
- Assess patients’ health, including vitals and physical exams
- Administer medications (injections, IVs, etc.)
- Provide wound care, ostomy care, and other specialized treatments
- Support patients on dialysis, ventilators, or with other advanced needs
- Educate patients and families on self-care, medications, and disease management
- Document care accurately using EHR systems like Epic or Cerner
- Collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
What We’re Looking For:
- Active nursing license in your state
- Home health or community care experience preferred
- Comfortable with EHR systems and clinical procedures
- Strong infection control knowledge and HIPAA compliance
