Join our vibrant team as a Part Time Breakfast Attendant, working three days a week to deliver exceptional morning service in a lively hospitality environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food and beverages are stocked and visually appealing
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle customer payments with professionalism
- Assist guests with inquiries, serve food directly to tables or buffet stations, and provide friendly in-person customer service
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting trays or boxes of supplies safely
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and POS systems for processing transactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order management
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive communication style
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently during busy breakfast hours
- Experience with banquet or catering services is advantageous but not required
