Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our daily operations by ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction. You’ll interact directly with internal team members to resolve technical issues, deploy hardware, implement new technologies, and collaborate alongside our external vendors on critical projects.
Duties·
- Desktop & Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
- · User Support & Training: Provide timely technical assistance for internal service requests and train users on both existing and new technologies.
- · Account & Access Administration: Set up and manage user accounts, email addresses, door access codes, and IP camera system permissions.
- · Vendor & System Integration: Work alongside external vendors to coordinate access, research/test new technology, and improve existing systems.
- · Asset & Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain IP camera systems, track IT inventory changes, and keep detailed records of equipment deployments.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an IT support environment.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365, IT Support Specialist Professional certification, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and carry IT equipment up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
