We are seeking an energetic and personable Beverage Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive beverage service throughout their visit, including drink recommendations and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, spirits, cocktail recipes, and current beverage trends to enhance guest experiences.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage delivery seamlessly.
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up bar stations, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold all food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with guests proactively to foster guest relations, address inquiries promptly, and promote specials or upselling opportunities.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated cocktail experience with knowledge of spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience in sales or upselling within a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences.
- Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
