Delta has been retained by a confidential electrical contractor client to conduct a search for the position of Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Total compensation for the Senior Project Manager in Charlotte, NC is between $125,000 and $150,000.

Manage large-scale healthcare electrical projects and project teams from qualification through closeout.
Prepare execution plans for each stage of the project.
Collaborate with superintendents and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances.
Prepare detailed reports for management.
Negotiate and estimate change orders.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Mentor and develop other project managers.
Must have 7+ years of experience managing electrical healthcare projects.
Stable work history.
Proficient with Accubid, BIM platforms, PlanGrid, OneNote, and related project management/estimating tools.
Strong leadership skills with ability to be innovative and think outside the box.
Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
