Deal Maintenance Specialist
Brookfield, WI – Remote – Once a quarter onsite

Overview
As a Deal Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in the ongoing administration and upkeep of commercial loan transactions. You'll work alongside deal teams to ensure every lending arrangement adheres to internal policies, legal guidelines, and client expectations—while delivering exceptional service and operational precision.
Responsibilities
· Provides day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes including loan administration and servicing activities
· Supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities and processes and fulfillment of stakeholders inquiries/requests within relevant service level agreements
· Collaborates with stakeholders to promote efficient and effective processes and work flow, establish positive working relationships across the organization and to achieve business results and deliver the intended customer and employee experience
· Lending operations includes specialized operations processes and activities for mortgages, consumer lending products, leasing and/or commercial lending.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
· 2+ years experience in banking operations, commercial lending support, or loan administration.
· Solid understanding of lending documentation, credit structures, and compliance requirements.
· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Proficiency with loan servicing and banking systems (e.g., Loan IQ or equivalent).
· Strong communication skills—adept at building relationships and responding to stakeholder needs.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quality and escalation when appropriate.
Proactive in supporting change and process improvement initiatives
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
