As an Agent in Training at the Pikus Agency, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding insurance solutions to our valued clients. In this role, you will develop and nurture important relationships, gain a deep understanding of client needs, and customize insurance packages to provide comprehensive coverage. This position offers a clear pathway to owning your very own Farmers agency! Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
