Help Wanted: Experienced All-Around Carpenter

We're looking for a seasoned, dependable carpenter with a wide skill set and serious experience. If you've been around the block, know how to tackle just about any construction or repair issue, and take pride in quality craftsmanship — we want to talk to you.
What We Need:
A hands-on pro with strong experience in:
- Window & door installation and finish trim
- Deck construction & repair
- Post frame building
- Diagnosing & solving a wide variety of structural and home repair issues
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry and exterior construction
- Can work independently and confidently in the field
- Able to assess and handle repair work on the fly
- Familiar with all standard tools, materials, and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license & transportation required
- Leadership experience or crew management is a big plus
