Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Operator/Digital Print Production Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital printing operations, ensuring high-quality output and seamless production workflows. Your expertise will drive the creation of visually compelling print materials, from concept to completion, supporting our commitment to excellence in print advertising, packaging, and custom manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology and collaborate with creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production digital copiers and printers
- Setting up, running, and troubleshooting print jobs
- Performing bindery and finishing work, including cutting, folding, laminating, booklet making, drilling, scoring, packaging, and related finishing tasks
- Reviewing files and identifying potential print issues before production
- Basic graphic design and file editing when needed (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF editing, etc.)
- Working closely with production staff to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- keeping equipment and work area organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with production digital copiers ( Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, or similar equipment)
- Previous print shop or production environment experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented personality
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
