Universal Logistics is currently seeking a Yard Switcher (Yard Driver) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering steady work, competitive pay, and union benefits.
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Monday–Friday
- Training conducted on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks, depending on experience level
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Wage: $22.50/hour
- 3rd Shift Premium: $0.75/hour
- Union Position
- Benefits provided per union agreement

Key Responsibilities
- Move trailers in and out of dock doors
- Perform yard checks and maintain trailer organization
- Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership teams
- Ensure safe operation of yard equipment at all times
- Follow all company and safety procedures
