Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable T-Mobile products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan benefits
- Generate leads through cold calling, in-store outreach, and territory management strategies
- Manage customer accounts using CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and follow-ups
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop new business through B2B sales, management, and territory expansion efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation and analysis skills to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and lead tracking
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to connect with diverse customer bases
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently
- Experience in B2B sales, territory management, lead generation, and business development strategies
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Skills in upselling, cross-selling, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to retail or technology sales environments
