As an Onsite Device Installation & Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person at customer sites for Otodata device installs, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting—while keeping communication flowing with our customer service team.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Associate’s degree or technical certification in IT, Electronics, or Engineering (preferred).

Background in field operations, technical support, or equipment installation/maintenance; mobile technician experience a plus.

Proven troubleshooting with electronics or IoT technologies.

Customer-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving.

CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for vehicle operation.

No criminal or judicial record related to the services provided.

Telemetry or gas industry experience (asset).

Geographic familiarity with the United States (asset).

Hands-on field service capability—installation, troubleshooting, repair.

Ready to travel up to 75% and work flexible shifts as needed.
