Olivella's Pizza and Wine is hiring for the Prep/Salad Cook position at the Dallas location which is located at 3406 McFarlin Blvd. We offer flexible schedules; our hours are 3pm-9pm Mon.-Thur., 11am-10pm on Fri. & Sat., 11am-9pm on Sunday.
We are looking for and experienced line cook, that has the ability to learn and excel in multiple positions: prep, salad, and pasta. You must have a positive attitude; be a team player; possess a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, can read and follow recipes and follow set procedures, and thrive in structured environment.
