Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health standards

- Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service times to keep the dining area tidy
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Experience with food preparation, catering, banquet service or hotel operations is a plus
