Job Title: Line Cook (Part-Time)
Location: The Hive Bar & Bistro
Job Type: Part-Time (1–3 shifts per week + on-call availability)

The Hive Bar & Bistro is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen known for creative dishes, weekly specials, and unique event menus. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated line cook who’s ready to grow with our team and contribute to an exciting culinary environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Hive recipes and standards
- Assist with weekly specials and themed menus (including Taco Tuesday)
- Execute dishes outside of the standard menu for private events and special occasions
- Learn and follow all kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Set up and break down kitchen stations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff during service
- Perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Be available for occasional last-minute or emergency shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Flexible schedule and reliable availability
