Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join a fast-paced pharmacy warehouse operation in Charlotte, NC. This position will support inventory, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities while ensuring prescription drugs and supplies are stored, handled, and shipped accurately.
The ideal candidate will have previous
production, warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience and be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a production-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of prescription drugs and supplies.
- Ensure perishable products are appropriately refrigerated and stored according to requirements.
- Monitor, adjust, and calibrate pharmacy equipment and assist with filling dispensing units.
- Complete daily box preparation and packing activities.
- Create, correct, and print shipping labels as needed.
- Transport completed packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas.
- Monitor prescription drug inventory using the pharmacy computer system.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify accurate product receipt.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of prescription drug inventory.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with order processing.
- Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders.
- Ensure medications, related supplies, and patient education materials are included with outgoing orders.
- Follow established safety, quality, inventory, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous packing, production, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar experience preferred.
- No specific number of years of experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work required overtime and varying schedules as business needs dictate.
- No professional license or certification required.
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday
- Hours: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM EST
- Schedule may vary based on business needs.
- Mandatory overtime (MOT) may be required, including additional hours and/or weekend work.
Team Environment
The Warehouse Worker will join a team of approximately
20 warehouse professionals supporting pharmacy inventory, packing, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
