The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items efficiently while working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations before, during, and after each shift.

Ensure food is prepared accurately, safely, and within ticket time expectations.

Maintain quality, consistency, and appearance of all dishes.

2 years of previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen position preferred.
