Hiring: Gen AI Tech Consultant
Location: Bloomfield, CT – Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Tech Consultant to drive the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients across Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and develop strategic AI adoption roadmaps.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes and value propositions.
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions around AI capabilities and innovation.
- Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, frameworks, and emerging technologies based on scalability, security, compliance, and ROI.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver AI solutions from concept through production.
- Drive discussions around AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, risk management, and healthcare compliance.
Required Technical Skills:
- 12+ years of overall IT industry experience.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
- Healthcare, payer, provider, or life sciences industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Semantic Search, and LLM integration.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, and/or Flask.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
- Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and asynchronous programming.
- Strong AWS experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, and Glue.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI solutions in healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, data governance, and healthcare data security.
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
