You‘ll engage with clients primarily via phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone to explain Medicare insurance plans
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and clients
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare insurance preferred though not required
- Insurance license preferred but not required (company will pay for licensing for quality applicants if needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
