Position Summary
The Business Office Manager will lead a team of 2–3 office staff members responsible for supporting Starcrest Cleaners, CRDN of Greater Illinois, and applicable property management functions. This role is responsible for driving execution, accountability, and follow-through across a wide range of administrative, accounting, HR, and support activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both manage people and themselves as they take ownership over a variety of critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a small office team of 2–3 people
- Oversee and help execute accounts payable, payroll support, bookkeeping, HR support, insurance administration, lease documentation, legal support, and customer care
- Coordinate product redistribution functions, including sourcing, inventory coordination, billing, and internal support
- Help manage office workflows, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up systems
- Communicate with field leaders, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving
- Improve office systems and processes to increase efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness
- Support out-of-the-ordinary business issues, projects, and shared-services needs across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office management, bookkeeping/accounting support, business administration, or a similar leadership role
- Experience managing or supervising office/admin staff
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable working across accounting, HR, vendor coordination, documentation, and administrative support functions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A willingness to lead from the front as a working manager, not just a delegator

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
