Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and reliable Mortgage Telemarketer to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound calling to homeowners who qualify for mortgage refinance opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified homeowners
- Introduce refinance opportunities and gather basic qualifying information
- Set appointments or transfer interested prospects to licensed loan officers
- Accurately document calls and outcomes in the CRM
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with calling regulations
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfortable with outbound calling and speaking to homeowners
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Dependable, punctual, and goal-driven
- Previous telemarketing, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus (not required)
