BMS Applications Engineer
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
We are seeking a BMS Applications Engineer with 4+ years of Building Automation (BAS/BMS) experience to design, program, and support HVAC control systems for commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program BMS/BAS systems and controller logic
- Develop graphics, databases, and sequences of operation
- Integrate BACnet, Modbus, and Ethernet-based control systems
- Prepare submittals, AutoCAD drawings, and as-built documentation
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field startup
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consulting engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics
- 4+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls experience
- Experience with DDC programming, BACnet, and Modbus
- Knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Automated Logic WebCTRL experience is a strong plus
Pay: $98,628.49 - $130,000.00 per year
