Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte (next to Chipotle and Starbucks and across from Trader Joe's on Mallard Creek Road) is hiring a Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support the daily operations of our store.
This position is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school, or for licensed professionals looking to grow in the beauty industry. We train and prepare our Coordinators to become hair stylists once graduated.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling and client questions
- Support front desk operations and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
- Help with salon cleanliness, laundry, sanitation, and stocking
- Support local marketing and social media efforts
- Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer and social media skills
