What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Support the overall organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the store.
- Assist with cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to ensure the store remains attractive, on-brand, and fashion-forward.
- Assist with stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, replenishing, and maintaining inventory.
- Help maintain loss prevention standards and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a key-holder support, participating in opening and closing responsibilities on a rotating basis alongside the management team.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, selling skills, and leadership capabilities.
What You Bring
- Bilingual in English
- Minimum 6 months of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team-player mentality with a willingness to support all areas of the business.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
