Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. No prior inspection experience is required. In this vital role, you will learn to ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards through precise measurements, thorough inspections, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities (Learn to do)
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicator
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documentation accurately to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Utilize and program vision inspection system (Keyence X1000 series) and other advanced measurement tools for defect detection and quality verification.
- Collect, analyze, and document inspection data systematically to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining calibration schedules for measuring instruments and ensure all equipment meets calibration standards.
- Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on quality issues, participating in root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday
- Using hands for repetitive tasks and precision measuring
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
- Good vision (or corrected vision) for inspecting small features and defects

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
