- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate stitching, color matching, and design placement
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric handling techniques
- Experience operating sewing machines or industrial embroidery equipment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of sewing processes and textile materials enhances your ability to produce high-quality embroidery
- Attention to detail and precision in following design specifications and quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly and perform basic repairs when needed
