Business Operations & Website Coordinator
HNDE is seeking a motivated, dependable, and computer-savvy individual to help support and grow a small training and consulting company in the Oxford / Anniston, Alabama area.
This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours per week). You will have your own office space and will play an important role in helping grow the company from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- WordPress website updates, maintenance, and content management
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint creation/editing
- Creating reports and training documents
- Printing and binding training materials/books
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Answering, organizing, and forwarding emails
- Assisting with scheduling and general office operations
- Helping improve workflows and day-to-day business organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with WordPress or website management preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
- Able to adapt in a growing business environment
About the Position:
This is a startup company, and not everything is perfectly structured yet. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term and help build something great.
Creative input and ideas are encouraged. This position offers opportunity for advancement and performance-based raises as the company grows.
There will be a 3-month probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and the ability to contribute to the company’s growth will be eligible for increased compensation following the probationary period.
This position is fully in-office. No work-from-home option is available.

Pay:
$15–22 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
