Returns Processing Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

JENDER is a fast-growing recommerce company that helps brands and retailers recover value from returned merchandise. We specialize in processing, grading, and reselling apparel, footwear, handbags, and other consumer goods through secondary marketplaces.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Returns Processing Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth. This position plays a critical role in evaluating returned merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing products for resale.
What You'll Do
- Inspect returned merchandise and evaluate product condition
- Grade products based on quality and resale standards
- Identify, sort, and process inventory for resale channels
- Photograph merchandise and upload product images
- Create and maintain accurate product information
- Monitor listings and inventory for quality assurance
- Process customer orders and prepare shipments
- Pack and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Use inventory scanners and warehouse software to track products
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
- Load, unload, and move merchandise as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior warehouse, retail, inventory, or e-commerce experience is a plus
- English fluency required; Vietnamese language skills are a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move inventory using carts, dollies, and pallet jacks
- Ability to manually wrap pallets and prepare freight shipments
