Duties
- Host engaging live shows on Poshmark, presenting products with enthusiasm and style to captivate viewers.
- Interact actively with audience comments, answering questions and providing styling tips to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage the flow of the show smoothly, ensuring timely presentation of items and transitions between segments.
- Collaborate with team members to plan show themes, special promotions, and featured collections.
- Handle virtual guest appearances or collaborations to diversify content and attract new followers.
- Maintain a lively and professional on-camera presence that reflects the brand’s energetic personality.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics during live sessions to evaluate performance and improve future shows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public speaking or hosting events, with the ability to engage diverse audiences energetically.
- Strong background in events management or hospitality, capable of coordinating live activities seamlessly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters viewer trust.
- Experience in conflict management and conflict resolution to handle any on-air or viewer issues professionally.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales transactions in a retail or food service environment.
- Previous lifeguard experience or working with children is a plus, demonstrating responsibility and safety awareness.
- Knowledge of theater or performing arts can enhance on-camera presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate live show schedules.
