Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on boiler systems. This role requires an individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining HVAC systems. The Boiler Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boiler equipment in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of boiler equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed on equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high-pressure systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a Boiler Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly related to boiler systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to boilers.
- Familiarity with hydraulics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for maintenance schedules.
